 As a specialist in structural and transportation engineering, Dr. Gutkowski’s focus is on bridge design and construction.  He works closely with hydraulic engineers to integrate bridge design and erosion concerns associated with bridge structures.  His expertise provides an important resource in the effort to maintain effective transportation throughout the nation's waterways.
