Animas and San Juan Watersheds Week: Managing and Improving Water Quality in a Multijurisdictional Watersheds

The New Mexico Water Resources Research Institute is pleased to host the 5th annual conference, Animas and San Juan Watersheds Week: Managing and Improving Water Quality in a Multijurisdictional Watershed.
Much has transpired over the past four years, and likewise this conference has broadened its focus to include all water quality issues facing the Animas and San Juan Rivers watersheds. The Conference Planning Committee is eager to build on the success of the last four conferences in bringing together researchers and the general public to meet, learn from, and share the results of ongoing water quality research, including research results associated with the August 2015 Gold King Mine spill.
The conference will now take place as a Zoom webinar series from June 15-19, 2020. The technical program will include oral and poster presentations, as well as a virtual field trip presentation and a community teach-in.
