Your spot will not be held for the workshop until you register and submit payment. You must register by September 10, 2022 to participate in the workshop.

Registration Information

The registration fee includes:

• Course tuition
• Facilities costs
• A light breakfast and lunch on workshop days
• Transportation from the hotel to the workshop venue and back

Refund Policy:

Participants may cancel and receive a full refund of registration fee until June 10, 2022. Participants will be charged a $100 cancellation fee applied to their registration fee refund if they cancel prior to June 18, 2022.  No refunds of any amount will be automatically granted after June 18, 2022.

NOTE: CUAHSI reserves the right to cancel this workshop by August 31 if the minimum number of registrants is not reached.
