Biography

Glenn received a BS in biology from the University of Chicago, a MS in watershed management from the University of Arizona, and a PhD in watershed science from CSU. He worked as a hydrologist with the US Geological Survey for 30 years, in California, Oregon, South Carolina, Reston (Virginia), and Colorado. He also served as an Advisor to the National Park Service Water Resources Division. Glenn has developed and teaches online courses in Watershed Management, Drinking Water, Water Resources Development, Water Law for Non-Lawyers, Water Scarcity, and Sustainable Watersheds. He also has helped to develop and facilitate three water-related free Massive Open Online Courses for CSU.
