Colorado Water Fellows

Colorado Water Fellows prepares future water leaders to navigate the complexities of the field through a holistic, interdisciplinary understanding of water-related issues.

We work to advance the next generation of water leaders by training and connecting undergraduate and graduate students to careers and opportunities in the water field.

Why Become a Water Fellow

Theory and practice.

Every part of Colorado has unique water issues, we partner with government agencies, municipalities, water providers, and community groups to integrate locally relevant water knowledge with Project WET curriculum.

Statewide Network

Water education for youth.

Through workshops and hands-on programming, K-12 educators across the state gain knowledge and tools, from a statewide facilitator network of environmental educators, water experts, retired teachers, and community leaders, to bring key curriculum on water supply, uses, conservation, quality, and sustainable water management into the classroom.
