Sixty Years of Water Research, Education, and Outreach
An evening of celebration
On March 26, 2026, the Colorado Water Center celebrated its 60th Anniversary at the Lory Student Center at CSU Fort Collins. The evening featured two different opportunities to celebrate the milestone:
- 4-6:00 p.m. – A Colorado Water Center Reception was free and open to the public and featured the 60th Anniversary Celebration Program with remarks from President Parsons and awards given to past directors and committee members.
- 6-8:00 p.m. – A Water Tables Fundraiser was hosted in partnership with the CSU Water Resources Archive. This event featured a ticketed, plated dinner with water experts as table hosts and proceeds going to support the Colorado Water Center and the Water Resources Archive.
Thank you to all who attended these events!
