Biography
Myrick received his B.S. in resource management from the University of California, Berkeley. He earned his M.S. and Ph.D in physiological ecology of fishes from the University of California, Davis. Christopher Myrick is a professor in the Department of Fish, Wildlife and Conservation Biology. His main research areas are the design and evaluation of fish passage structures and fish barriers, focusing on the use of fish physiological performance to optimize structure designs; physiology of fish in extensive and intensive culture systems; physiology of native non-game fish; and invasive aquatic species.
